CARROT AND RAISIN SALAD
Base lettuce
Body55gm juliennes of carrots + 10gms raisins (soaked in warm water)
Dressing15ml olive oil + 5ml vinegar + salt + 3 crushed peppercorns + 10ml honey
Garnishsprig of parsley
