FRENCH BEAN SALAD

Base: crisp cabbage cup
Body: 60gms strips of boiled French beans
Dressing: 10ml olive oil + 5ml vinegar + salt + 3 crushed peppercorns + 2 cloves chopped garlic + a pinch of mustard powder
Garnish: juliennes of tomato / carrot
