Starter & Salad Menu 12



LIGHT SUMMER APPLE SALAD
Base: 
         finely shredded cabbage
Body: 
         diced ripe apple
Dressing:
         30gms hung yoghurt + a pinch of salt + 10ml honey
Garnish:
         mint sprig and plum fan
