BODY: 30 GMS BOILED RICE + 20 GMS JULIENNE OF RED BELL PEPPER + 10 GMS JULIENNE OF ONIONS + 1 DESKINNED, DESEEDED, QUARTERED TOMATOES
DRESSING: 10ML OLIVE OIL + 3ML VINEGAR + SALT + PEPPER + MUSTARD POWDER
GARNISH: STUFFED OLIVES
