COTTAGE CHEESE HAWAIIAN
Base: pineapple shell
Body: 30gm diced cottage cheese + 10gms diced capsicum + 25gm orange segments + 10gms diced fresh coconut
Dressing: 10ml mayonnaise + 5ml fresh cream + 5ml honey + 3 crushed peppercorns
Garnish: black grapes
