GOOD DIGESTIVE DRINK!!

AAM KA RASSA (EXTRACT OF MANGO)

Raw mangoes 4nos
Ginger chopped 2gm
Water 750ml
Sugar 50gm
Black salt 5gm
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 2gm
Roasted cumin powder 5gm
Asafoetida pinch
Mint leaves 5gm

Garnish lemon slice



Preparation

Boil mangoes in water till soft. Remove, cool, peel and extract the pulp. Add to the same liquid. Add sugar, salt, red chili powder, 3gms cumin powder, asafoetida dissolved in 10 ml water. Bring to boil and reduce for about 20 minutes. Stain, add chopped mint and cumin. Cool. Serve chilled in a juice glass garnished with lemon slice and roasted cumin powder.
