SPANISH SALAD

Base: Iceberg lettuce
Body: 80gms of collective deskinned, deseeded, quartered tomatoes, diamonds of boiled French beans, onion and red bell pepper julienne
Dressing: 15ml olive oil + 5ml of vinegar + salt + pepper
Garnish: Sliced button mushroom and olive
