UNIVERSALLY ACCEPTABLE!

GREEK SALAD
Base: chicory
Body: 75gms of diced tomatoes, green pepper, yellow and red bell pepper, cucumber, feta cheese, stuffed olives halved
Dressing: 10ml olive oil + 5ml wine vinegar + oregano + salt and pepper
Garnish: lemon twist
