AMERICAN SALAD
BASE: Lettuce / cabbage
BODY: 80gms collective peeled tomatoes, boiled potatoes, celery juliennes, onion rings
DRESSING: 15ml salad oil + 5ml of vinegar + salt + pepper + French mustard powder
GARNISH: quarter / julienne of hard boil egg
