Base: iceberg lettuce / shredded cabbage
Body: 30gms diced cooked German sausages
+ 45gms juliennes of capsicum, red and yellow peppers, olives
Dressing: 10ml olive oil + 3ml cider vinegar
+ 2 crushed peppercorns + paprika + mustard powder + salt
Garnish: gherkin fan
