JAPONAISE SALAD
          Base: Lettuce
Body: 40gms peeled, deseeded diced tomatoes + 50gms diced pineapple
Dressing: 10 ml orange juice + 5 ml lime juice + 2gms powdered sugar + salt + pepper
Garnish: Orange segments
