TODAY'S SOUP!!



CLEAR CORIANDER AND MUSHROOM SOUP

Vegetable stock                     500ml
Garlic crushed                        1pc
Ginger crushed                      ¼ inch
Coriander roots & stalks       2nos
Button mushrooms               4pcs
Coriander seeds                     1tspn
Salt                                         to taste

PREPARATION:

Broil coriander seeds, coarsely crush them, and add to stock along with ginger, garlic and coriander roots. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid add in chopped / diced mushrooms and boil for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and coriander leaves.

Serve hot immediately accompanied with a bread stick.
