FOR BRAVE HEARTS!!

CLEAR GREEN CHILLI SOUP
Vegetable stock                     400ml
Garlic crushed                       2cloves
Ginger crushed                      1inch
Onion slices                           10gms
Cumin                                     a pinch
Coriander seeds                      a pinch
Fennel seeds                           a pinch
Cardamom green                   1nos
Clove                                     1nos
Cinnamon                              ¼ inch
Peppercorns                           1nos
Green chili slit                       4nos
Lemon juice                           10ml
Salt                                         to taste

GARNISH:
Sliced, deseeded fresh red chili

PREPARATION:
Broil the spices over a girdle for a few seconds. Bring stock, garlic, ginger and broiled spices to a boil. Add chili and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Strain through muslin cloth. Add salt and lime juice.
Garnish and serve very hot!!!
