fry

PREPARATION:
Give a slit
on top of the chicken wing and scrape the flesh to one size. Remove the thinner
bone. Apply salt and pepper. Prepare batter. Dip the chicken wings and deep fry in
hot oil. Drain and serve with ketchup / garlic sauce.
