KIWI AND PERSIMMON SALAD
BASE: lettuce leaves
BODY: 60gms collective strips of persimmon (ripe) + quartered kiwi (ripe)
DRESSING: 5ml of olive oil + 5ml lime juice + 2 crushed pepper + 5ml honey + salt
GARNISH: lemon wedge and almonds
