BREAKFAST!!


favourite one!! n easy to prepare!!

EGG SANDWICH

Clarified butter 30gm
Egg 1nos
Bread 2slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green chilies 1nos

Preparation:

In a non - stick pan. Heat half of the water, without browning. Place a bread slice. Lower heat. Break egg on top of slice. Add seasoning and sprinkle chopped green chilies. Place the other bread slice on top. Cover with a lid and cook for 2minutes. Remove the lid. Pour the remaining butter on the top. Turn over the slice. Cover and cook for another 2minutes. When the outer crust is golden and crisp on sides, remove, quarter and dish out on to a plate.

Serve with French fries/ potato chips!!
