CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE SALAD



CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE SALAD
Base: shredded cabbage
Body: 75gms of diced cheddar, ripe pineapple
Dressing: 5ml mayonnaise + 5ml honey + 10drops lime juice + 2 crushed peppercorns
Garnish: tomato julienne + mint + black olive


SALAD WITH A SHARP AND PLEASANT FLAVOR!
