starter and salad no..36

HEALTHY!!

RED BEAN SALAD

Base: shredded cabbage / lettuce.
Body: 60gms boiled red kidney beans
Dressing: 15ml olive oil + 5ml lime juice + salt + 5drops of tobascco + 1tspn ketchup + 4 crushed peppercorns
Garnish: tomato flower / segment, parsley sprig and lemon twist.
