Starter & Salads



JULIENNE SALAD
Base:
           crisp lettuce
Body:
          juliennes of 20gms cucumber (deseeded) + 20gms carrots +15gms capsicum
Dressing:
         15ml salad/ olive oil + salt + pepper + French mustard powder
Garnish:
         tomato flower, parsley/coriander sprig
